Katrina L.S. Caseldine

Katrina Caseldine has developed particular experience in complex trial and litigation matters involving product liability, consumer fraud, and commercial disputes. She has represented clients such as Apple, Goodrich, and H&R Block and currently is involved in Jones Day's defense of the Engle progeny smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds in Florida courts.

Katrina has been a member of more than one dozen trial teams in high-profile jury cases tried to verdict, highlighted by several defense verdicts on behalf of Reynolds. As a member of those teams, most recently serving as second-chair trial counsel, she has been involved in all aspects of litigation and has developed a wide range of experience that includes cross-examining both fact and expert witnesses at trial; briefing and motions practice; offensive and defensive discovery; framing legal issues; drafting and arguing jury instructions and verdict forms; and evaluating, developing, and preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial.
