Kee-Min Ngiam

Kee-Min Ngiam is an associate in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins.  With a focus on complex, cross-border transactions, his practice covers technology, media and commercial transactions, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions,  and capital markets.

Mr. Ngiam has substantial experience working on technology and media transactions with companies in the internet, media and entertainment, video game, telecommunications and retail and manufacturing industries. Mr. Ngiam has been involved in some of the largest and most groundbreaking technology and media transactions in the US and Asia, including several first-of-its-kind  deals. He regularly advises clients on diverse technology and IP matters including payments processing, cloud services, data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, publishing, sales and distribution, joint ventures, and all aspects of IP development, acquisition and protection.

Mr. Ngiam represents investors and startups in connection with venture capital and other emerging company transactions in the US and Asia. He also represents clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across a variety of industries. He has particular expertise advising on cross-border transactions that involve targets or acquirers from different geographies.
