Keith Grannis has a transactional practice, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Mr. Grannis has advised financial and strategic buyers and sellers in private and public acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and dispositions involving a wide range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, software, life sciences, media and financial services.
He also has represented investors and companies in growth equity investments and other private equity transactions, has advised issuers in several debt security offerings, and has provided general corporate and securities law compliance advice to both companies and private equity funds.
Previously, Mr. Grannis worked as an associate in the New York office of another leading law firm. While attending law school, Mr. Grannis served as Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Business Law Review.
