Kelly F. Farmer is Senior Manager of Enterprise Technology, Information Governance in the firm’s Global Technology group. Ms. Farmer is responsible for the firm's Information Governance program, which includes information security, records and information management, and data governance. The data governance team includes attorneys who are responsible for internal legal holds and electronic document preservation, review and production for a variety of legal matters. Ms. Farmer’s team is also responsible for the firm’s information security program and for developing internal records and information management policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. Ms. Farmer is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US). She participates on the firm’s Security Committee, Privacy Committee, Ethics Committee and Technology Committee.
Prior to joining the Technology department, Ms. Farmer was a seventh-year litigation associate in the Los Angeles office. Her practice focused primarily on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation and professional liability. Ms. Farmer has extensive e-discovery experience, advising on and managing numerous large-scale document collections, reviews and productions.
