Kendra Wergin is an associate in the London office and a member of the Capital Markets team. Her practice focuses on the representation of investment banks and European and emerging-market companies in high yield debt issuances.
Ms. Wergin split her legal studies between Virginia, where she served as Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law, and Paris, where she focused on European business law. Prior to law school, she taught high school Spanish and worked as a communications consultant in the Washington, D.C. area.
