Kenneth W. Field

Ken Field advises clients on all aspects of antitrust and competition law and focuses on representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust enforcement authorities. He has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, litigation, counseling, and compliance programs and has represented clients from numerous industries, including health care, retail, consumer products, telecommunications, transportation, energy, and more.

Ken rejoined Jones Day in 2012 following six years at the Federal Trade Commission where he served as Counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Competition and as lead attorney on significant FTC investigations and litigated merger challenges. He began his career with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice before joining Jones Day as an associate in 2002. [1]
