Kerry Dingle is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department. Ms. Dingle’s practice focuses on civil litigation and investigations, including complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and enforcement actions. She is currently defending companies and individuals in private securities litigation, including shareholder class actions, and in qui tam litigation arising under the False Claims Act. Ms. Dingle has also co-authored or contributed to numerous US Court of Appeals and Supreme Court briefs.
Additionally, Ms. Dingle has donated a substantial amount of time to pro bono matters, including representing pro bono clients in matters before the Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Dingle served as a judicial clerk to Judge R. Lanier Anderson III of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.
