Kevin Tsai is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins. He focuses his practice on general corporate counseling and corporate strategic transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. His clients range from start ups to large established companies in the life sciences and technology industries.
Mr. Tsai leads Latham's Silicon Valley office Asian affinity group and serves as co-chair of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley's mentorship committee.
Mr. Tsai received his JD from Harvard Law School, where he was an executive editor on the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and served on the board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Mr. Tsai co-wrote “Final Briefing Document: Public Networks for Public Safety: A Workshop on the Present and Future of Mesh Networks,” Berkman Center Research Publication No. 2012-12.
