Kevin W. Humphries

Kevin Humphries concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He has advised public companies, private companies, and private equity firms (and their portfolio companies) on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, majority and minority investments, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Kevin participated in the drafting and negotiation of one of the country's first "Social Impact Bonds," innovative financing arrangements in which private companies invest in government and nonprofit social welfare initiatives. Following graduation from law school, Kevin was named a 2013 FASPE Fellow, enabling him to travel to Germany and Poland to study legal ethics. [1]
