Kirill Kholod

Kirill Kholod advises clients on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations in such sectors as telecommunications, media, energy, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2014, Kirill was an associate in the corporate department of a large U.S. law firm in London. During this time he advised: Coorstek in the multimillion dollar acquisition of Dynamic-Materials (Ceramics) Ltd., a U.K. ceramics producer; Industrial Investors Group, a Russian investment company, in connection with the disposal of its stake in Far-Eastern Shipping Company Plc., valued at approximately $1 billion; Canal+ S.A., a European media company, in its $300 million acquisition of a minority stake in N-Vision B.V., a European television holding company; and StreamServe in connection with its $71 million all cash merger with a wholly owned subsidiary of Open Text Corporation.
