Koichi Inoue

Since 1984, Koichi Inoue has practiced in the field of international transactions, investments, and dispute resolutions, with primary emphasis on Japanese tax law. His tax experience consists primarily of providing analysis and advice to clients in relation to their commercial transactions and restructurings and representing taxpayers in complicated administrative proceedings and tax litigation.

Koichi, together with colleagues in other Jones Day offices, advises multinational companies on complicated tax issues in transactions involving two or more jurisdictions and helps plan and implement the restructuring of their global operations. His experience spans a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate development, financial institutions, and software industries. [1]
