Kristin D. Casavant

Kristin Casavant concentrates her practice in civil litigation, with a focus on complex business and intellectual property litigation. She also has represented clients in employment, trust litigation, and professional liability cases.

Kristin has second-chaired multiple trials and has conducted witness examinations and oral arguments at trial. She has drafted and argued numerous dispositive and nondispositive motions — including motions for preliminary injunctive relief, motions to dismiss, motions to compel, claim construction briefs, and motions for summary judgment — in both federal and state courts. In addition, Kristin has participated in all aspects of discovery, such as drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting and defending depositions, managing document review, and negotiating protective orders.
