Kristina Yost represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She has extensive experience defending companies in wage and hour class actions, including hybrid Fair Labor Standards Act and Rule 23 state law class claims. She also has defended companies in single and multiplaintiff Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing Act, and other discrimination matters, including in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other agency investigations. She has experience defending companies in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and in grievance arbitrations.Kristina counsels clients on a variety of federal and state employment laws, including the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the ADA, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, and the FLSA. In particular, she has substantial experience advising clients in labor and employment law issues in connection with upcoming reductions in force.
