Kyle M. Baltes

Kyle Baltes advises a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and energy companies, on general commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and management of real estate assets. He assists clients involved in developing public-private partnerships with states and municipalities for the operation of major infrastructure assets. In addition, Kyle counsels financial institutions with respect to structuring real estate transactions that involve Low Income Housing Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits.

Kyle also advises clients with respect to the real estate and infrastructure components of restructurings, including representation of the City of Detroit in the confirmation of its Plan of Adjustment. [1]
