Laura A. Meaden

Laura Meaden concentrates her practice in the area of corporate and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented clients in litigation involving a broad range of substantive areas, including breach of contract, officer and director liability, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, accountants’ liability, False Claims Act, ERISA disputes, insurance coverage, and complex product liability suits alleging toxic exposures and design defects.

Laura has prosecuted and defended these actions in state and federal courts around the country. In addition to her practice, Laura is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she teaches trial advocacy. [1]
