Lindsay Hedrick is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, representing clients in complex business lawsuits, employment litigation, and labor disputes. She has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict in state and federal courts, and has arbitrated union grievances. Lindsay has experience in lawsuits involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, retaliation, and employment-related tort and contract claims. She has represented clients in the energy, financial, pharmaceutical, health care, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and education sectors.Lindsay also represents clients in qui tam whistleblower actions and government investigative matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Environmental Protection Agency. She has represented companies in litigation involving alleged False Claims Act violations and related False Claims Act retaliation claims. Lindsay has conducted internal investigations in the United States, Latin America, and Asia related to alleged Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.
