Lindsay M. Bouffard

Lindsay Bouffard's practice encompasses the full range of labor and employment law issues, including discrimination, wage and hour, disability accommodations, employment policies, hiring practices, and terminations. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in grievance and arbitration proceedings. Lindsay's experience also extends to advising employers on issues related to dealing with labor unions including labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, and unfair labor practice proceedings.

Lindsay often speaks to clients on labor and employment topics including employee privacy, discipline and termination, social media, and the National Labor Relations Act. She is a member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. [1]
