Lisa R. D’Avolio advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to the employment relationship. Ms. D’Avolio counsels companies in a variety of industries on labor and employment matters arising out of U.S. and international corporate transactions. In addition, she regularly represents employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. Her litigation experience includes defense of discrimination, wrongful termination and breach of contract claims as well as Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower complaints. She also represents clients in cases involving federal and state wage and hour violations and the enforcement of employment contracts and restrictive covenants.
