Louis Roederer 2009 Rose Champagne

Louis Roederer's 2009 Brut Rosé Champagne has a cépage of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay. Made using the saignée method in which the Pinot Noir grapes are macerated for a few hours to extract more fruit and colour. This will match perfectly with langoustines, or indeed Fish & Chips. [+]
