Louis Roederer's 2010 Brut Rosé Champagne has a cépage of around 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. Made using the saignée method in which the Pinot Noir grapes are macerated for a few hours to extract more fruit and colour. This will match perfectly with langoustines or even fish and chips.
