The grapes come from the hill called “froi in the village of Neive. The fermentation is traditional but using native yeasts to characterize and make unique and inimitable wine made. The process occurs in stainless steel vats and lasts 8-12 days at controlled temperature (30-31 C). The aging is carried out for two years in large oak casks from Slavonia. Then comes the bottling and aging in bottle 6 months. In the glass, Barbaresco has a ruby red color and slight hints of vanilla evolved, intense berries and purple.
