Mission olives are a Spanish mono-varietal that flourish in Lucero’s lush California groves. Hand-picked in mid-December, they are milled within hours of harvesting to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality. The oil has a smooth and buttery fruit flavor with a delicate pepper finish. Great for dressing pasta salads, drizzling over popcorn or potatoes, marinating chicken or fish, dipping bread, and ideal for baking. Recent awards include a Silver Medal at the 2013 COOC Competition, a Silver Medal at the 2013 LA County Fair Competition as well as a Silver Medal at the 2013 Napa County Fair Competition. [+]
