Lydia M. Floyd

Lydia Floyd's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in all stages of litigation, including assessing potential claims, defenses and settlement, managing discovery, briefing dispositive motions and appeals, selecting and preparing expert witnesses, preparing fact witnesses to testify, representing clients at trial, and drafting post-trial motions and appellate briefs.

Lydia has recently represented clients in contract disputes, disputes over property rights, including oil and gas rights, and energy litigation involving rates, renewable energy, and vegetation management. She is also a graduate of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Rate School. [1]
