Marc Zubick is a partner in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Zubick’s practice primarily involves patent litigation, with an emphasis in pharmaceutical patent litigation involving claims arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Mr. Zubick has represented both branded and generic pharmaceutical clients from the pre-litigation stage through trial in various federal district courts. Mr. Zubick has also worked on several patent infringement trials involving computer and telecommunications technologies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zubick was an associate at Kaye Scholer LLP. Mr. Zubick received his BS in Chemical Engineering and his BA in Environmental Engineering from Rice University in 2001.
