Margaret M. Seurynck

Margaret Seurynck represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial financial transactions, including secured and unsecured, single bank, and syndicated credit facilities. Margaret's recent experience includes the representation of KeyBank National Association, Charter One, and PNC Bank as lenders in connection with various credit facilities; Kaiser Aluminum Corporation as borrower under its revolving credit facility; and Stonehenge Capital Corporation as issuer of multiple series of senior secured structured notes.
