Mariko Nakafuji

Mariko Nakafuji practices corporate law with a focus on private equity and M&A. She advises public and private companies, private equity houses, fund vehicles, and management teams on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, and equity fund raisings. Mariko also provides general advice to corporate clients on company and commercial matters.
