Mariëlle Daudt

Mariëlle Daudt represents global corporations and major national companies on labor issues. She has substantial experience in international project management and working with clients headquartered in the U.S and U.K. regarding employee transfers, the restructuring/downsizing of European workforces, intra-group harmonization of employment conditions/policies, and compliance projects. She heads the Labor & Employment Practice in Amsterdam.

Mariëlle has advised (supervisory) boards and senior management teams with employment law issues regarding EMEA responsibilities involving collective redundancies, post-merger integration, appointment and dismissal of statutory managing directors and executives, management and consultancy agreements, corporate governance, directors' and officers' liability, disputes on post-contractual restraints such as noncompete issues, global/pan-European incentive schemes and equity participation, collective disputes, harassment cases and discrimination law, employee participation rights, international secondment constructions and global expat handbooks, and fraud investigation cases.
