Marjorie P. Duffy

Marjorie Duffy focuses her litigation practice on the representation of corporations, directors, and officers in securities, shareholder, and derivative actions. She also concentrates on litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions and fiduciary duty and governance claims. Marjorie's other multiforum litigation experience includes consumer class actions in federal and state courts. In addition, she has experience defending clients under investigation by the SEC, as well as assisting with internal client investigations.
