Mark A. Biggar

Mark Biggar's practice focuses on real estate finance. His practice includes representation of real estate lending institutions and real estate owners and developers in all aspects of financing, acquisition, disposition, development, and ownership of real property and utilization of real estate capital markets. Mark has extensive experience in representing lenders in the origination of mortgage, mezzanine, and bridge financing for a wide range of commercial real estate asset classes for securitized, syndicated, and on-balance sheet transactions.

Mark also has experience in representing institutional real estate investors in the review, acquisition, and modification of various forms of real estate debt assets, including performing and nonperforming mortgage loans and other interests. [1]
