Mark Zheng practices in civil litigation before state and federal courts as well as arbitral tribunals. He has particular experience with legal strategy, motions practice, and briefing. He has assisted with the representation of clients in a number of different industries, including healthcare, aviation, and industrials. These representations have encompassed a variety of issues, including antitrust law, commercial contract interpretation, corporate governance, evidence and witnesses, federal preemption, insurance recovery, and product liability.Mark is committed to Jones Day's pro bono program. He is currently involved with a number of pro bono matters, including a challenge to the Affordable Care Act's contraceptive mandate pending before the United States Supreme Court and a Section 1983 action against sexual assault in a state prison system. He has represented pro bono clients in appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mark also serves on the Young Professionals Board of the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council.
