Mark Heylmun

Lead guitarist for the California-based deathcore band Suicide Silence who replaced original lead guitarist Rick Ash in 2002. His interest in music spawned early in his life as he learned various instruments, including the French horn. Influences of his include Dimebag Darrell and George Lynch. He cited his father as his first inspiration for the guitar. He performed alongside Mitch Lucker until Lucker's tragic passing. [+]
