Martha Wach

Martha Wach has a broad real estate practice, representing corporate clients, private equity clients, real estate funds, financial institutions, and developers in complex financing matters, acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, and leasing. She has significant experience in multiproperty and multistate transactions. She also represents clients in loan transactions involving oil and gas collateral.

Recent transactions include the mortgage financing of the Esperson Buildings in Houston; the acquisition by Century Aluminum of Alcoa's ownership interest in a South Carolina aluminum smelter; the acquisition by Marathon Petroleum of the BP refinery in Texas City, Texas and related pipelines and terminals; and the mortgaging of properties in 21 states by Gavilon Holdings in connection with its $1.5 billion corporate credit facility. Other recent clients include FTS International, Kaiser Aluminum, NRP Group, and Verizon Communications. [1]
