Martin has advised well-known clients in many industries, including the automotive, manufacturing, chemical, and services industries. Recently he advised GfK SE in the sale of its animal and crop health division and Teradyne in its $285 million acquisition of Universal Robots, a producer of collaborative robots. Additional transactions on which Martin advised include: OM Group's acquisition of Vacuumschmelze GmbH; the sale of Wittur Group by Goldman Sachs, Cerberus Partners, and Credit Suisse to Triton Partners; Quest Software's purchase of Völcker Informatik AG; Bayer AG's sale of its 49.9 percent joint venture stake in GE Bayer Silicones to GE and, ultimately, to Apollo Management; DAB Bank AG's sale of its FondsServiceBank division to Fondsdepot Bank GmbH; and Mahle GmbH's acquisition of Amafilter Group.
