Masayuki Horiike

Masayuki Horiike's practice is focused on M&A, real estate, and other corporate matters.

He was seconded for two years to the legal department of a major medical device company with international operations. During this period he prepared, reviewed, and negotiated various contracts, both domestic and international, and handled disputes and collected monies owed pursuant to those contracts. He also advised on regulations related to the medical field, including the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, Medical Practitioners Law, Anti-Monopoly Law, Fair Competition Code, Customs Law, and Personal Information Protection Law, and on the establishment of B2C electronic commerce.
