Massimo Tesei advises leading companies in M&A and private equity transactions, public takeovers, corporate law issues, and in particular on legal issues related to stock corporations. He has extensive experience in regulations concerning capital markets, public offerings, corporate governance, and market abuse, frequently assisting clients in sanctioning proceedings before regulators. Massimo also has worked on debt restructuring matters, especially in transactions involving listed companies. He represents clients in corporate, M&A-related, and commercial disputes before arbitration tribunals and Italian courts.Massimo has lectured on corporate and investment banking as part of the business administration master's program at the Università LUISS Guido Carli in Rome and is also an assistant lecturer for the school's advanced-level corporate law course. He is author of several corporate law publications.
