Meghan S. Bean

Meghan Bean focuses her practice on appellate advocacy and complex civil litigation before federal and state courts. She has experience with cases involving diverse issues such as tax law, commercial contracts, shareholder derivative claims, RLUIPA, environmental law, and constitutional claims. Meghan also represents clients facing class action lawsuits and investigations regarding compliance with state and federal laws.

Meghan has extensive experience before federal and state appellate courts. She recently secured an important victory in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit on an issue of first impression in a case arising under the Clean Air Act. She also secured a victory for a credit reporting agency in an appeal to the Tenth Circuit arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Meghan also has drafted merits and amicus curiae briefs in matters before the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. [1]
