Michael Raine is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Raine has 10 years' experience in Australia and the United States assisting corporations to navigate and resolve legal issues associated with achieving their commercial goals. He has expertise in commercial and securities law as well as dispute resolution. He works with domestic and foreign corporations in the United States to acquire or sell assets, raise money on equity or debt markets, and meet corporate governance and regulatory obligations. Mr. Raine practiced in commercial litigation for seven years in Australia before joining Latham's Corporate Department. He continues to assist clients to resolve disputes in American and English courts and tribunals.
