Michael P. Considine

Michael Considine's practice focuses on representing corporations and private equity firms in connection with significant corporate events. He concentrates his practice on domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures. Michael has been responsible for a wide range of transactions, from acquisitions and divestitures (including split-offs and reverse Morris Trust transactions), to joint venture formations and buyouts, debt/equity restructurings, and distressed asset sales. He also assists clients with board and corporate governance matters.

Michael has represented clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, banking, consumer goods, energy (including nuclear and oil and gas), manufacturing, real estate software, and technology. He has represented clients in numerous transformative deals, including P&G in the sale of the Duracell battery business and Folgers coffee business, Essilor International in the acquisition of PPG's controlling interest in Transitions Optical, and Turnbridge Capital in the acquisition of Cimarron Energy and Diverse Energy Systems.
