Michael S. Quinlan

Michael Quinlan's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation involving product liability, business tort, and other commercial matters. Since joining Jones Day, Michael has been a trial team member on a number of jury trials, and is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of the Engle progeny smoking and health suits brought against R.J. Reynolds in Florida. He is experienced in many aspects of civil litigation, including conducting legal research, briefing and motion practice, taking and defending depositions, preparing expert witnesses, and post-trial briefing.

Michael is also active in the Firm's pro bono practice. He has represented several individual clients on a pro bono basis through the Firm, and he regularly attends local free advice clinics sponsored in conjunction with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. [1]
