Michelle Huston has been in the health and fitness industry as a certified professional since 1991. She started as a group exercise instructor teaching almost every form of group exercise classes for 8-1/2 years, but then found her life’s passion was working with individuals in one-on-one or partner sessions.Michelle became certified with the leading strength and conditioning certification organization, National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2000. Due to NSCA’s strong focus in academia and research, she realized that a training regimen grounded in scientific research rather than following the latest fads would allow her clients the greatest benefit. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness. Michelle continued her education with A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona and graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science degree in Human Movement, with a focus area in Corrective Exercise. Michelle is also a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), specializing in providing consistent results that allow her clients the ability to consistently reach new levels whether in post-rehabilitation, reconditioning, or in performance enhancement of any sport or daily activity.
