Mike Z. Robinson is the owner of MZR Fitness & Mike Z. Robinson Enterprises in San Luis Obispo where his clients include numerous individuals from all walks of life. Mike's primary focus is working with each of his clients on an individual basis while focusing on achieving long-term results. He leads each of his clients through skillfully explained, safe, and challenging workouts. He is well-known for his sense of humor, professionalism, experience, and expertise. Over the years, Mike has become an expert at developing customized programs to help each of his clients maximize performance and results. Mike is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), is Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, a member of the IDEA, ACSM, and NSCA Fitness Organizations, and he is also a graduate of Sonoma State University. He also writes a monthly fitness article for the Central Coast Family Newspaper & SLO Journal Plus Magazine. Mike is also a Media Spokesperson for the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) as well as for IDEA. He also speaks around the country on various health & fitness topics.
