Mimi H. Yu

Mimi Yu practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation. She has participated in the representation of clients in matters relating to various technologies, including wireless communications, vehicle diagnostics/telematics, computer hardware, seismic acquisition systems, and pharmaceuticals. Mimi also has experience in drafting inter partes review petitions, and she assisted on a major construction litigation project in Nevada.

Mimi is actively involved in pro bono legal services. She has second-chair federal bench trial experience in the Northern District of Texas in a pro bono international child abduction case under the Hague Convention, which resulted in the successful reunification of the mother and abducted child.
