Ming M. Zhu

Ming Zhu is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Silicon Valley office, where she is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department and the Securities Litigation & Professional Liability Practice.

Ms. Zhu’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities litigation, contract disputes and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Zhu completed a judicial clerkship for the honorable Harry T. Edwards at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and served as a Litigation Fellow with the Boston Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice.

Ms. Zhu is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review and was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership.

Before attending law school, Ms. Zhu worked as a governmental policy analyst with the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, China.

Ms. Zhu is admitted to practice in California and Massachusetts, and has appeared before the United States District Courts for the District of Massachusetts, the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
