Mitchell London is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. London is primarily involved in representing clients in complex litigation and in investigations by government agencies, including the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
Mr. London’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition. He has experience obtaining clearance for proposed transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, including assisting clients through the successful resolution of Second Requests issued by the US antitrust authorities.
In addition to his practice in antitrust and competition, Mr. London has experience advising clients in connection with complex corporate transactions.
Mr. London earned his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center where he served as notes editor for Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
