Morgan Maddoux is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. She primarily focuses her practice on white collar defense, internal and government investigations and compliance matters in the healthcare industry. Ms. Maddoux has experience representing pharmaceutical, health insurance and other related industry clients in connection with government investigations and complex commercial litigation involving the False Claims Act.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Maddoux earned her JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she served as Manuscript Editor for the New Mexico Law Review and was awarded the LexisNexis Award for Highest Academic Achievement upon graduation. While in law school, she was an extern for The Honorable James O. Browning of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and interned at the Department of Justice, Office for Civil Rights in Washington, D.C.
