Natalia Oehninger Delaune represents corporate clients in complex labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour collective and class actions, employment discrimination lawsuits, employment-related tort claims, and trade secret and restrictive covenant matters. She represents employers in individual and collective matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state employment laws. Natalia counsels employers on various compliance issues, including employee handbooks, personnel actions, internal investigations of employee complaints, wage and hour issues, and obligations of federal contractors under Executive Order 11246. She has experience representing employers against unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board. Natalia has second-chaired a state jury trial through verdict in Dallas County District Court.Natalia also has experience working on Latin America-related matters for Fortune 500 companies. This work includes conducting internal corporate investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other issues unique to international business.
