Nathaniel P. Garrett

Nat Garrett briefs and argues complex appeals and dispositive motions, with primary focus on litigation in California federal and state court. He is a certified appellate specialist by the California State Bar and has handled appeals involving legal issues in numerous areas of the law, including constitutional, False Claims Act, business torts, consumer class actions, environmental, labor, and products liability.
