Neil M. Simon

Neil represents public and privately held entities, with a focus on capital markets, securities, governance, financing, and general corporate law. He has considerable experience representing issuers and financial institutions in capital raising transactions, such as public and private equity and debt issuances, recapitalizations, and restructurings, as well as tender offers and M&A transactions.
