Nemco's roots in the foodservice equipment industry were established in Ohio in 1981, when brothers Ed and Gene Neildhardt, along with their father Earl, invented the Spiral Fry cutter in their machine shop to support a local restaurant owner. Now, they produce dozens of essential products, from food cutters to countertop warmers, that help make commercial kitchens more productive. [1]
