New Car Caviar: A Jamgrass Tribute to Pink Floyd

New Car Caviar: A Jamgrass Tribute to Pink Floyd began September 2013 as a duo in Austin, TX, with Michael and Amy Boyd (owners of Sense & Color School of Music) on guitar and vocals. From there, the project swiftly gained momentum with the addition of fellow music teachers Randal Robledo and Josh Terry on mandolin and violin, Matt Meldrum on the upright bass, and local jamband drummer Enzo Loechel.

In summer of 2014, Michael and Amy Boyd moved from Texas to N. Carolina, where a second East Coast lineup was formed, including George Beardsworth on bass and mandolin, Kelly Colyer on rhythm guitar, Andrew Stocker on banjo, and Jesse Williams on drums.

Both lineups of New Car Caviar are still going strong, with Michael and Amy Boyd still playing in both bands, and fans can hear our fresh take on Pink Floyd live in both Texas and the East Coast. More states coming in the future! [+]
